Raise your cyber hands if you have ever encountered a speed bump. Of course we’ve all encountered speed bumps whether as passengers or drivers. What do speed bumps do? They essentially say to you, the driver, “okay you’ve been speeding. I won’t judge you and lucky you for not getting a ticket, yet! But, right now, this moment, please slow down otherwise there will be an inevitable accident.”
As entrepreneurs, we seat in the driver’s seat of our vehicles i.e. our businesses but 99% of the time, we ignore the warnings to slow down when we reach our speed bumps. To some extent it makes sense, doesn’t it? We live in a world and society that demands for us to work faster to keep up with the ever accelerating pace of life. Faster technologies, faster turn around time, faster, faster!
