Mercedes-Benz Berlin Fashion Week has been in full swing since yesterday, July 1st, 2009. Making appearances at the event this Spring/Summer 2010 among many German celebs was 19year old Ethiopian winner of German's Next Top Model, Sara Nuru.
Sara Nuru was the only woman left standing out of 21,000 contestants vying for the coveted top model title.
