The event features work from over 250 South African designers to the public and international fashion buyers, a Journalism Workshop and Young Designers Simulcast.Sanlam SA Fashion Week-- On to its 11th year, the Sanlam SA Fashion Week begins March 14-16, 2008, fashion workshops included. Congrats to Lucilla Booyzen for being appointed as fashion representative for South Africa on the World Fashion International Committee.

"Roots 2008 commemorates the enforced slavery enslavement and transportation of millions of Africans to the Americas and the Carribean."
