Famed Phrophetess Juanita Bynum Gets Serious Beating from Preacher Husband

Very disheartening is the news of Owen Wilson's suicidal attempt. Things are definitely not as rosy as they seem. I hope he is able to resolve the issues that led to his feeling of hopelessness and the false idea that life is not worth living. Isn't it funny how someone like Owen can have fame, wealth, friends and family and still feel so alone? He is definitely not alone. "According to the National Institute of Mental Health, "[i]n 2004, 32,439 [approximately 11 per 100,000] people died by suicide in the U.S. [Further], more than 90 percent of people who kill themselves have a diagnosable mental disorder, most commonly a depressive disorder or a substance abuse disorder."

Another disheartening news is what can only be described as a beat down of the famed Prophetess, Juanita Bynum, by her equally famous preacher husband Thomas Weeks at a Renaissance Hotel parking lot in Duluth, Georgia. I will never forget when a buddy of mine from law school invited me over for a Juanita Bynum session. It was my first introduction to her and she made an impression. We sat in my friend's little apartment in San Francisco, about nine years ago, and watched Juanita Bynum's "No More Sheets." This woman has changed the lives of many. Nevertheless, it is clear you just never know because despite her encouragement, healing and empowerment of women who have been raped, molested, been victims of domestic violence and other sexual abuses, she ends up marrying a man, a preacher for that matter, who gives her the beat down of her life, literally. Isn't it ironic? Ladies, stay encouraged and be careful with the one you say "I do" to.

Love your Blogazine Ladybrille! I hope Juanita is alright and it wouldn't affect her mentally or make her doubt herself. If anything, I hope this has given her first hand experience and would help her encourage more women to get back on their feet after being victims af abuse.

As for Owen wilson, thank God he didn't succeed.

For Juanita Bynum, this would be a big setback in the church of God.

I hope Juanita Bynum can heal from this and not think she brought it on herself.
I don't care if Thomas weeks is a preacher or Bishop, he has no right whatsoever stomping/beating on anyone for whatever reasons.
He needs help and I suggest his family gets that for him.

As for Owen wilson, I always knew dude was a little off..
